In the market for a truck that can take a beating, but still provide outstanding power and performance? Look no further than your local Miami GMC dealer and our award-winning 2011 Sierra 2500HD.
The GMC Sierra 2500HD has been named the “Best in Class 2011 Work Truck” by Truck Trend magazine. The Sierra beat out competition from Ford and Dodge on the road to being named the best in its segment.
Truck Trend called our heavy-duty Sierra 2500HD the type of pickup “you’ll see on construction sites… expected to work hard and take abuse every day.” They also listed the Sierra’s outstanding towing capacity of 17,800 pounds and payload capacity of 4,192 pounds as top features.
For Florida GMC drivers, this honor means you can turn to the 2011 GMC Sierra for a pickup without compromise, delivering the best performance, capacity and fuel economy around.
Many of the features on the bold new 2011 Sierra HD in Florida make it “Best in Class.”
The available Duramax Diesel engine is capable of producing 397 hp and 765 lb./ft of torque, for starters, meaning the 2011 Sierra 2500 HD can take just about anything that is thrown its way. It is also the cleanest Duramax ever built.
The regular-cab configuration of the Sierra 2500 HD, along with a lack of interior and power amenities, means a lower weight overall. Add to that the diesel engine option and rear drive, and you get a lightweight pickup with excellent fuel economy that still offers the highest possible towing and payload capacities in the line.
Hill Start Assist is built standard on all Single Rear Wheel Sierra HD models. This equipment uses the vehicle and trailer brakes (when equipped) to keep your Sierra and trailer from rolling backwards when launching on an incline. How? The brakes apply for 1.5 seconds, allowing you plenty of time to move your foot from the brake to accelerator without any vehicle movement.
More information on our award-winning 2011 Sierra 2500 HD is available at your leading Florida GMC dealer today. Call 305-809-6059 or stop into Brickell Buick & GMC to learn more about this “Best in Class” pickup, which starts at $27,965.

Brickell Buick GMC, a leading GMC dealer in Miami, is pleased to announce GM’s latest philanthropic efforts. After hearing of the massive earthquake and tsunami in Japan, the General Motors Foundation quickly put together a contribution to the American Red Cross relief fund.
The GM Foundation gave a $500,000 contribution to the American Red Cross relief fund on top of their earlier contribution of $250,000 to the Red Cross as a supporting member of their Disaster Responder program.
GM also has provided a direct web-link that employees can access from their desktop work stations to contribute personally to the Red Cross disaster fund.
“Humanitarian relief is an important part of the Foundation’s work and we’re answering the call for help in the wake of such terrible devastation,” said John T. Montford, Chairman of the GM Foundation and Senior Advisor for Government Relations and Global Public Policy. “There is remarkable compassion among GM employees, and I know that same spirit will make a difference in helping the Japan relief effort.”
For over three decades, the GM Foundation has provided financial support to the U.S. and cities around the world affected by natural disasters. Most recently, the Foundation has contributed to relief efforts towards the earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand and Haiti and floods in Tennessee and
Kentucky.
Since its inception in 2000, GM Global Aid, funded by the GM Foundation, has facilitated millions of dollars in donations for disaster relief worldwide. Through this program, GM and its national and international business units and the GM Foundation can quickly direct vehicles, services, or supplies, as well as monetary contributions, to charitable organizations assisting in local disaster relief efforts.
